Writing a Contract...

In order to write your Team Contract, you will need to consider several things:
  • Who is on the team?
  • What will I/we create?
  • Will each person have a task/job?
  • Will the Team select a leader?
  • How will we select a leader?
  • What is the leader's role?
  • What is the procedure if a leader does not do his/her work?
  • What happens when someone doesn't do their work?
  • What are your expectations regarding task completion?
  • What happens if you don't do the work on time?
  • How will the Team handle problems within the team?
  • How will the Team assess their performance during the project?
